Our employees are taking every precaution when handling orders with utmost safety in mind. Under most circumstances orders will be shipped within 7 business days.
Free Shipping Policy:
All orders with a value of $100 and over are eligible for free shipping. Free shipping applies to every province in Canada and applies to 48 U.S states. This excludes Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam.
Orders that do not meet the $100 minimum will have a rate generated for them at checkout.
In extremely rare cases, cost of shipping on our end will make in so we don't make anything off of the order at all. In these extremely rare cases, we will refund your order and cancel it completely or we will ask you if you want to cover a certain amount of the shipping cost to still get the order to you. We will contact you if your order applies to these conditions.
Shipments to P.O. boxes:
We do not offer delivery to P.O. box orders. In the case that you submit an order with a P.O. box as your address for delivery, we will contact you asking for a change in address and if address is not provided, you are refunded your order.
Incorrect Shipment Details:
You are responsible to make sure that all shipment details submitted when placing your order is accurate. If a package is sent back with the condition that shipment details were incorrect, you will be liable to pay the cost of the shipping label that we paid for to get your order to you.
Returns sent back by shipping carriers:
Sometimes for whatever the reason might be, shipments are sent back to us. Whether it be because of the mentioned above “incorrect shipment details” or simply just a return back from the shipping company, whatever the reason might be, we are not liable to cover the shipping charge again to resend out your order with free shipping. We may ask you to either 1. Pay the shipping charge and resend out your order or 2. Refund you everything but the cost of the shipping label. What we decide to do will be based on the situation and you will be informed with the route we decide to take.
Refusal Of Delivery/Additional Shipping Fees:
If you refuse delivery when your shipment has arrived, we are no longer responsible for making sure that order gets to you. We also will not refund you the money spent on your order if you refuse delivery, NO EXCEPTIONS. In some scenarios depending on size of the order and who the shipping carrier is, your order could end up being charged additional fees such as Importing Fees/Duties/Taxes. We at ComicProLine are 100% NOT LIABLE FOR COVERING ANY OF THESE FEES. If any fees occur with your order and you refuse to pay them, we will dispute any claim made against us. This part of our shipping policy makes it crystal clear that you are liable for any additional fees that might be placed on your order.
Tariff and Import Fee Policy
Certain products offered for sale by ComicProLine may be manufactured in or shipped from international locations, including but not limited to the People's Republic of China. As such, these items may be subject to import duties, tariffs, customs charges, or other applicable governmental fees upon entry into the United States.
By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Responsibility for Fees: The customer is solely responsible for any and all import-related charges, including but not limited to tariffs, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or any additional fees imposed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection or any other governmental authority.

Exclusion from Purchase Price: These import-related fees are not included in the product price or standard shipping cost charged at checkout. Such fees are separate and must be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery or as otherwise directed by the shipping carrier or customs authorities.

No Liability Assumed: ComicProLine assumes no responsibility for delays, additional charges, or any legal obligations arising from the importation of goods. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in the package being held, returned, or disposed of by customs, for which ComicProLine shall not be held liable.

Customer Due Diligence: It is the customer's responsibility to review and understand any applicable import regulations or charges prior to making a purchase. We recommend contacting U.S. Customs or your preferred shipping carrier for further information if needed.
