Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a review to see if you are eligible for a store credit.
To be eligible for a store credit, your product purchased must be defective/Damaged. In this case we would figure out if it was damaged leaving the warehouse or if it was a accident on the shipping carriers end. If the shipping company is liable, we will start a claim to get your money back which could take up to 1-2 months. Damages on our end will be taken care of with no extra fees/cost. To get a store credit we at ComicProLine will sometimes may ask that you send back the damaged/defective product. We will cover those shipping cost if we are liable for them. Once we received the damaged/defective product, we will issue a store credit. If you are requesting a store credit because you purchased the wrong size product or simply dissatisfied with our product, you will be denied the store credit. You’ll also need the order # for proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically be sent a store credit to your ComicProLine account within 10 business days.

Customs Clearance
If you are ordering from a country that requires a custom clearance fee when entering the country, you will have to cover that fee out of your own pocket. WE AT COMICPROLINE DO NOT COVER THESE FEES. You will have to pay for these fees.
