Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.  In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR CUSTOMERS INPUTTING INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS. In the case where we send a package to an out dated address that was not updated by you, you will be responsible for paying any shipping charges that that will occur to get it to the correct address. If you do not pay the shipping fees, we will deny you service and the package will no longer be our concern.

SECTION 16 - PURCHASE OF ANY BULK ITEMS TERMS

All sales on bulk items are final. Our bulk items don't come in packs but as loose bags and boards in a box. That being said these items have a higher risk of damage while moving through transit. For that reason we offer no refunds or returns for any of the bulk products on our website.

SECTION 17 - PROVIDING A SIGNATURE TO RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE

Sometimes, depending on the size of your order, we will ship out your package with signature shipping. Meaning, when the package arrives, you will need to sign off on the package to receive it. In some scenarios, the package can arrive when you are not there to receive it and the package will go to your nearest (shipping provider's) store. Fees may occur when you go to pick up the package. This is because a charge might be in place for not being there to receive the package the first time around. ComicProLine is not liable to pay any of these fees that may occur in scenarios like these. You will have to pay those fees yourself to receive your package.

SECTION 18 - PURCHASING COLLECTIBLES FROM OUR WEBSITE

ComicProLine offers a variety of collectibles that can be purchased at anytime through our website. All sales on any collectibles are final. Unless there is major damage done to the collectible during the shipping process, you will not be able to return it for any type of refund. Some of our collectibles listed are listed on our site via a consignment agreement. If you purchase a collectible from our website that is featured on our website via a consignment agreement, we will provide you with the sellers information and you will have to dispute it with the seller. ComicProLine is not liable for any damages that may occur with collectibles that are on our site via a consignment agreement. Collectibles will always be sent out with signature shipping. This is to prevent fraud as much as we can.

SECTION 19 - DISCOUNTS

We at ComicProLine offer a variety of different ways to save on our product. Sometimes with added discounts (via content creator codes) we can run into cases where we make no money at all. In cases like these where we see fit, we will cancel your order and refund you the money back. We will also email you with our explanation letting you know that the order was canceled for that reason.

SECTION 20 -Tariff and Import Fee Policy

Certain products offered for sale by ComicProLine may be manufactured in or shipped from international locations, including but not limited to the People's Republic of China. As such, these items may be subject to import duties, tariffs, customs charges, or other applicable governmental fees upon entry into the United States.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Responsibility for Fees: The customer is solely responsible for any and all import-related charges, including but not limited to tariffs, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or any additional fees imposed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection or any other governmental authority.

2. Exclusion from Purchase Price: These import-related fees are not included in the product price or standard shipping cost charged at checkout. Such fees are separate and must be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery or as otherwise directed by the shipping carrier or customs authorities.

3. No Liability Assumed: ComicProLine assumes no responsibility for delays, additional charges, or any legal obligations arising from the importation of goods. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in the package being held, returned, or disposed of by customs, for which ComicProLine shall not be held liable.

4. Customer Due Diligence: It is the customer's responsibility to review and understand any applicable import regulations or charges prior to making a purchase. We recommend contacting U.S. Customs or your preferred shipping carrier for further information if needed.
